The tape we use for re-assurance can be removed 24 hours after install. It is recommended to crack your door windows 1/2 inch to help with the curing of the install. It is not recommended to wash the car for 24 hours after install.
There is no limit to how many windshields can be installed in your car. There is no negative affect to your insurance coverage if you have it replaced in that manner. Remember it’s the law to have a clear visible windshield free of cracks.
